1. Before starting your workout stability ball, stretch muscles and warm up. I really need to find a piece of exercise equipment that would be affordable and small enough to fit in the living room of my apartment. I decided to go to the mall and enter the exercise equipment store. This store had it all, and I stayed inside the store for about an hour until I found what I was looking for. I decided to buy a foldable exercise bike for my apartment. The exercise bike can be folded and stuffed anywhere there was place to do such a thing. I think that my foldable exercise bike is very handy, and it did not cost me a fortune. I really enjoy working out on it almost every day. I have lost four pounds in the last four weeks with this exercise machine. I can not wait until I see what I look like after six months of using this exercise bike.
